Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full and final payment will have to be made 40 to 120 days before arrival date based on season of travel and the actual time limit which will be informed to the business associates and direct clients at the time of booking of services. NO exceptions will be made in it. The Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows:

• Payment to be made 40-120 days before arrival depending on season.

• If cancelled before 40-120 days there will be no cancellation charges except for bank transfer fee or any other nominal fee.

• However, if air-tickets have been issued – airline cancellation will apply.

• If cancelled between 40 to120 days of arrival – full / partial hotel component will be charged. Transport/Guide/Entrance etc. will be refunded.

• If cancelled 15 days before arrival – there will be no refund.

• The entire amount of applicable refund is returned within the source account with 07 to 10 working day.
